Protesters in Kenya decry femicide, face teargas and arrests on Human Rights Day in Nairobi

One woman is killed every 24 hours in Kenya. That's according to Amnesty international. Demonstrators have taken to the streets demanding better protection for women. Protesters in the capital Nairobi ended up in confrontations with police. The rallies coincide with a 16-day international campaign to fight femicide.
