PTA says 9 gangs at Pleasantville Sec, students being robbed and taxed

Police are now investigating reports that nine gangs are operating within Pleasantville Secondary School. The Parent/Teacher Association says two new gangs were formed last month and have started extorting and beating form one students. We are also told that gang-affiliated students are taxing students in exchange for protection. Here's Radhica De Silva and Ivan Toolsie with more.
