Public assured safety and security are top priority

Barbadians concerned about the recent spate of gun-related deaths are being assured that Government is taking the issue of safety and security seriously. This from Minister of State in the Office of the Attorney General with Responsibility for Crime Prevention Corey Lane. He says Government and its stakeholders are paying close attention to the vexing issue and implementing measures to deal with it. Minister Lane says the recent increase in shooting deaths is reason for his office to reach out to stakeholders to hold pertinent discussions at this time.
