Public resale prices pick up pace in Q2, slower growth for private home prices

Resale flat prices from April to June rose its fastest since 2022 because of strong demand and fewer units on the market. It also marks 17 straight quarters of increases. But it is a different picture for private properties, as momentum seems to be losing steam. Charlotte Lim reports.
