Public Sector Transformation Programme bearing fruit

Government's public sector transformation programme is bearing fruit. Word of this came from Minister in the Ministry of Finance Ryan Straughn at the end of the International Monetary Fund visit to Barbados this week. He said the transformation from of the National Insurance Scheme had taken place and gave details.
