Pulaski Sheriff required to answer questions over controversial Netflix jail documentary

The feud continues between Pulaski County officials and the sheriff regarding a Netflix documentary about an experiment inside the Pulaski Co. Jail. Tuesday the Pulaski Co. Quorum Court passed an ordinance requiring Pulaski Co. Sheriff Eric Higgins to answer questions regarding the documentary, "Unlocked: A Jail Experiment" that he agreed to do back in 2021. The documentary is an experiment that opens the doors in the jailhouse allowing detainees to run their own space.
