Putin ‘hardening his resolve to win’ even as Ukraine advances in Russia offensive: Analyst
Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered his army to repel Ukrainian troops who have entered Russian territory. Authorities said about 120,000 people have been evacuated from the border region of Kursk. Kyiv launched a surprise offensive into Kursk last week, capturing over two dozen settlements in the most significant cross-border attack on Russian soil since World War II.
