Putin warns war with NATO if Ukraine strikes Russia with long-range missiles

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is in Washington for high-level talks with U.S. President Joe Biden. Topping the agenda is Ukraine's plea for permission to use western-supplied weapons deep inside Russia. The U.K. has already signalled it's willing to allow Ukraine use of its long-range missiles, but the U.S. has hesitated to loosen restrictions over fears of triggering a wider war.
