QEH welcoming public engagement as it plots way forward

With a draft strategy for 2025-2028 in hand to take the Queen Elizabeth Hospital forward, the management team today explained it to the media. Chief Executive Officer Neil Clark says they've changed the governance mechanism and put measures in place like the balanced score card to assess employee performance. He welcomes questions from the public about the strategy, as the QEH is set to host a townhall meeting tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. in its auditorium. Director of Support Services Louise Bobb says the townhall is a necessary legal obligation.
