Qld LNP promises to spend $35 million to stop plastic from flowing into Moreton Bay

A Queensland LNP government will spend $35 million on an initiative to stop plastic from flowing into Moreton Bay in the state’s southeast. It is the Opposition’s second environmental funding pledge during the first week of the campaign. The Queensland state election will be held on October 26.
