Queensland Police targeting tobacco turf wars

Queensland Police are targeting organised crime linked to a tobacco store turf war. Since September, six tobacconists have been targeted and in some instances, stores have been rammed with cars or set on fire. There are concerns Brisbane could follow Melbourne where there have been over 100 fire bombings since March 2023.
