Warning this story contains distressing details. Sara Sharif's father and stepmother have been handed life sentences for murdering the 10-year-old after she suffered years of abuse. Prosecutors said Sara started wearing a hijab to hide her injuries before she was taken out of school to be educated at home in April 2023.
