Quinton Lightbourne Resigns from the Senate Now former-Senator Quinton Lightbourne has resigned as a Senator; he took up the post as Alternate Executive Director of the Inter-American Development Bank back in July 1st. The diplomat made the announcement in the Upper Chamber this morning.
