Sebastian Hernandez has a physical impediment that makes it difficult for him to move freely. Nevertheless, he's determined to finish school. His grandmother says Sebastian begged her to take him to school, which he only started attending six months ago. He dreams of becoming a doctor “Because it’s a good way to help. You help the sick.” There’s only one problem. To get to school, Sebastian must brave the unforgiving terrain of the La Guajira peninsula, on the Colombia-Venezuela border.
