Here's a look at all the new developments coming up around Marina Bay and new precincts that are coming up. There will be new residential and recreational developments for Nicoll and Kampong Bugis as well as new Housing and Development Board flats at Tanjong Rhu, which is currently made up of private housing. There are also large plots of land for more than 10,000 new homes at Marina South and Marina East. "These can be sustainable and car-lite precincts with cycling networks and pedestrian friendly streets," said Prime Minister Lawrence Wong in the National Day Rally on Aug 18.
