More than 30,000 residents in the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood of Los Angeles are under evacuation order. A fast-moving brush fire started Tuesday morning and has exploded, fanned by the powerful Santa Ana winds. It is whipping through the affluent neighbourhood, threatening homes. Thousands of households are threatened and multiple structures have already been damaged.
