Deadly wildfires tore through Chile's Valparaiso region on Sunday, leaving behind scenes of devastation. The blazes have destroyed more than a thousand homes, killing at least 64 people with hundreds remaining missing. The country's president warns that the death toll is expected to rise. "It was like living through hell," said a local resident, who lost her home on the coastal town of Vina Del Mar.
