Rail action caused delays for Sydneysiders on New Year’s Eve

There were delays for Sydneysiders heading to the city’s CBD to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. Train drivers launched a five-minute strike at 6pm on Tuesday to place display stickers on trains and platforms. The delay follows the ongoing dispute between the state government and the RTBU on pay negotiations.
