Raila laments ODM flailing prospects in Coast

A walk down memory lane brought tears to the eyes of Raila Odinga as he recalled the moments that led to the realization of the new constitution. And now Raila says, all he wants is the government to stay true to the word and spirit of the constitution for the benefit of the people of Kenya.
