Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar on Tuesday slammed Trinamool Congress MP Kalyan Banerjee for mimicking him outside Parliament. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi filmed the mimicry as opposition MPs, who have been protesting outside Parliament against the mass suspension from Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, burst into laughter. "Shameful, ridiculous, unacceptable that an MP is mocking and a second MP is videographing that incident," Dhankhar said. The BJP also rebuked the opposition MPs over the incident, calling it "new low in parliamentary democracy". "The Vice President of the country and the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha is insulted by Rahul Gandhi and members of the arrogant alliance in the Parliament House complex.
