Rare loggerhead sea turtle 'Moira' rescued in BC, returned to wild in California

An unexpected visitor to the coast of British Columbia has finally been returned to her home in California. In February, a loggerhead sea turtle, rarely seen in Canadian waters, was rescued near Victoria, B.C. The Vancouver Aquarium Marine Mammal Rescue Society nicknamed the turtle Moira and the team has nursed her back to health for the past several months. Moira was then flown to California and released into the ocean off San Diego a few days ago. Kylie Stanton reports.
