‘Rare thing’: Bill Shorten leaves politics of his ‘own choice’

NDIS Minister Bill Shorten has announced he will retire from politics ahead of the federal election, revealing he will take on a university role next year. “Bill is choosing the time and leaving of his own choice, which is a rare thing in politics,” Mr Milner told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “Most people either get stabbed in the back or have to get voted out.”
