Rationalization of UCDA in MAAIF - Members of Buganda caucus reject amendment

Members of Buganda parliamentary caucus have rejected the amendment in the bill to rationalize Uganda coffee development authority in the ministry of Agriculture within a period of three years. The vice chairperson Buganda Caucus Dr. Lulume Bayiga says even if MAAIF has been reorganized, the country will still need a super specialized agency to lead Ugandan coffee on international market.
