RCMP expected to make arrests in Nijjar’s slaying soon: Report

There is more speculation about the ongoing investigation into the killing of Surrey gurdwara leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Nijjar, who advocated for an independent Sikh homeland, was gunned down on the gurdwara grounds in June.
