The Minister for Presidency Milly Babalanda has challenged Residential District Commissioners, Residential City Commissioners and their deputies to work towards removing any hindrances in service delivery such as poor accountability, unclear systems, and corruption. Her message was conveyed by Dan Ssekibobo from the office of the presidency at the closing of a three-day Capacity Building workshop for Greater Ankole Sub-Region held in Mbarara city.
