Arizona deputy Frank Sloup pulled over a car for speeding only to discover a teen without a license was behind the wheel — his dad riding in the passenger’s seat. The father admitted he asked his son to drive, to which Sloup responded, “He shouldn’t be allowed to operate a remote-controlled car.” The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office deputy had the car impounded.
