Red Cross Has Big Plans In The Face Of Big Challenges

The St. Lucia Red Cross Society continues to serve the public even as the organization wrestles with its own challenges. The President of the Society which is celebrating 75 years in existence has been detailing some of the plans to continue the organization’s service to the society and to overcome its own hurdles.
