RED CROSS MAKING ASSESSMENT OF DAMAGE CAUSED BY BERYL

The Red Cross is assessing damage in Saint Lucia after hurricane Beryl, though the island appears to have avoided the worst of the storm's impact. Hubert Pierre, President of both the St. Lucia and Caribbean Red Cross Chapters, says the organization is also coordinating relief efforts in other storm-battered Caribbean islands.
