Reducing carbon footprint - Kyambogo University engineering students call for massive tree planting

Kyambogo university’s department of civil and environmental engineering, and the civil and building Engineering students’ Association( CIBESA) Friday, organized a green Friday event at the university grounds under the theme: ‘Impact of civil engineering Activities on the Environment’. The participants were massively called upon to be environmentally conscious by planting as many trees as possible to reduce carbon footprints and promote a greener future.
