Refugees and host communities - The local empowerment and development project

Over 12 local partners have joined forces in the Local Empowerment and Development project, aimed at building capacity and promoting self-sustainability for refugees and host communities in Uganda. The Minister for Relief, Disaster Preparedness, and Refugees, Eng. Hillary Onek, urges the growing number of refugees to actively engage in skilling initiatives for self-sustainability.
