Region advised to increase insurance coverage

Barbados and other countries in the region are being advised to increase their insurance coverage amid predictions of more frequent and intense weather systems. It's coming from the CCRIF SPC, formerly known as the Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance. Chief Executive Officer, Isaac Anthony has made the call as the company prepares to pay out over 44 million US dollars to Grenada in the wake of the passage of Hurricane Beryl.
