Regional justice system in dire need of reform

A senior official of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) has suggested the region is becoming the murder capital of the world and has told Barbados and the Caribbean, the regional justice system is in dire need of reform. President of the CCJ, Justice Adrian Saunders reminded the criminal justice system is not a single system. He was among the panel for a regional town hall "Advancing Justice in the Caribbean (Post Needham's Point Declaration)".
