RELATIVES ABANDON OVER A DOZEN ELDERLY PEOPLE AT SLBMC

A concerning trend has emerged in Antigua and Barbuda as the Government grapples with the plight of the elderly who are abandoned at hospital. Health Minister, Hon. Molwyn Joseph says in many cases the elderly person's social security and pensions are still being cashed in by the relatives who abandoned them.
