Relatives of two friends killed in Sando crash: Fix cable barriers

A call for maintenance and installation of cable barriers on the highways. It comes from the fathers of Sachin Teeluckdharry and Ryan Ramnanan, the two young men who lost their lives after the van they were in, veered off the Solomon Hochoy Highway and plunged into a river. They believe barriers at the accident site may have saved their lives. The grieving fathers told Ivan Toolsie and Sascha Wilson that when their sons could not be found they initially thought that they had been kidnapped.
