Report shows Australia had a ‘decrease in life expectancy’

Sky News host James Macpherson that for the first time since the 1990’s we’ve had a “decrease in life expectancy”. The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare released the data and attributed most of the excess deaths to COVID-19. Mr Macpherson said the data shows half the excess deaths in 2022 were a result of COVID-19.
