Reports: Russia recruits Houthi-linked foreign fighters to combat Ukraine

Russia’s heavy combat causalities from the war in the Ukraine have prompted the Kremlin to use any and all means to recruit new frontline fighters. Reports are emerging that Russia is running an operation to recruit Houthi-linked foreign fighters to join its army. It has promised them citizenship and employment.
