Republican party ‘chipping away’ at the Democratic base

Turning Point USA contributor Erin Elmore has claimed that the immigration and economy issues in America are just another example of how the Republican party are “chipping away” at the Democratic base. “I think this immigration issue is going to be a big one and also the economy,” Ms Elmore told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “Both of those two issues are really directly impacting women. Most women, let's face it, are the primary ones that are having to go to the grocery store and see that one bag of groceries has almost quadrupled in price. “So I think this is another example of how we're just chipping away at that Democrat base.
