Residents from Koluoch village in Ahero ward, Ahero sub-county in Kisumu county have embraced collective responsibility to participate in a fundraiser to clear pending debts to support a county government project after the county halted payments over four years ago. They are now asking the government to hasten the gazettement process to allow for direct transactions from the ministry of health
