Residents worried over Caroni riverbank stability

New Street in Caroni Village is known for facing the Caroni River's might year after year when water levels are near the top of the bank. But after the Ministry of Works and Transport abandoned works on the riverbank, residents are concerned that the job will not be completed in time for the upcoming wet season.
