Restore the power grid | 'Prosumers' to contain electricity price hikes

Prosumers will soon be able to contain electricity price increases. Energy analyst Chris Yelland was responding to Eskom's tariff increase of 12 percent that kicks in next month. The new customer type, Prosumers, are those who both produce and use electricity. This is being enabled by the Electricity Amendment Bill, which allows producers to sell back extra power.
