Restore the Power Grid | Expert : It won't be a quick fix to end blackouts

Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa says current power interruptions are a result of boiler tube leaks and not sabotage. He says nine units have been out of operation for two days owing to the leaks. He adds Eskom is coordinating with manufacturers to get the units up and running as soon as possible.
