Allianz Trade’s Country Risk Atlas has upgraded South Africa's risk rating. While this may be good for businesses, they still have to deal with the stages of blackouts. Eskom has blamed boiler tube leaks at nine generating units for the decision to thrust the country back into stage six blackouts.
