Several people will receive part of a $2 million reward for helping catch the killer of Scott Johnson in a case that was unsolved for more than 30 years. It's believed to be the first time NSW Police will pay out a seven-figure reward. The US mathematician had been found naked at the bottom of the cliffs in Manly on Sydney's Northern Beaches in 1988. Scott's brother, Steve Johnson, says he hopes the killer's ex-wife will be among the rewards beneficiaries; she tipped off police about her former husband. It is not the final chapter in the case, a Hollywood movie is now in the works.
