Locals in the Elgon region are concerned about the rising number of teenage mothers that have led to a significant dropout of teenage girls from school. Some of the sub-counties there have more than two hundred cases of teenage mothers who are aged between thirteen and seventeen years. The high number of teenage pregnancies and mothers has been attributed to high poverty levels in the region. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition Subscribe to Our Channel For more news visit http://www.ntv.co.ug Follow us on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/ntvuganda Connect with us on Messenger via m.me/NTVUganda
