Rome’s orphan bear set to leave zoo

There was an emotional goodbye for an orphan bear at a zoo in Rome as he sets off to live closer to his natural habitat. The bear was rescued as an infant when he was found dying in a forest in Italy and was taken in by zoo staff. Three years later the cub is being sent to a German recovery centre where he will have over two acres to roam and other bears to cosy up to.
