Russia's ombudsman condemns the Moscow shooting as 'act of terrorism'

At least 60 people have been killed and 145 injured in a mass shooting at a concert hall near Moscow. Several gunmen stormed the building and opened fire at the crowd just before the rock band "Picnic" was to perform. The attack also left the musical venue, which can hold over 6,000 people, in a massive blaze. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack, which is one of the worst in Russia since 2004. Russia's ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova has condemned the shooting as an "act of terrorism."
