Russia mobilizes medical resources in the aftermath of Moscow concert attack

The injured are being treated in 12 hospitals in Moscow Oblast and Moscow city. The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on March 23 that 107 people are still receiving treatment in hospitals.
