Russia-Ukraine: Zelenskyy says he’s open to ceasefire but wants “security guarantees”

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Monday he’s willing to consider a ceasefire after meeting with U.S. president-elect Donald Trump over the weekend. Zelenskyy said he’s open to the potential deployment of Western troops in Ukraine as part of a broad effort to end the nearly three-year war with Russia.
