Russian ballistic missile: "War entering a decisive phase," Polish PM says as Ukraine look

Ukrainian defence minister Rustem Umerov said his government was increasing air defence capabilities while responding to Russia's ballistic missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro. "We're working on increasing the capability, air defense capability, and we're working on replying," Umerov said. Russian Defence Minister Andrei Belousov said in a video published by the defence ministry on Friday that Russian forces in Ukraine had accelerated their advance. Meanwhile, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk commented on the latest tensions Friday, saying: "The war in the East is entering a decisive phase. We all know this, we feel that the unknown is approaching. None of us knows the end of this conflict, we only know that it is currently taking on very dramatic dimensions."
