RVs parked outside multi-million dollar BC home "for years" draws ire of neighbour

Two recreational vehicles (RVs) parked outside a home in a Vancouver, B.C. neighbourhood "for years" has frustrated neighbour Shar Levine, who says that they're violating city bylaws. The vehicles appear to be drawing power from a $4.4-million home via extension cords. “I am very sympathetic to the people who are down on Terminal and Main, but when you have outstandingly expensive RVs jacked into a $4-million house on the Vancouver West Side, I don’t have a lot of sympathy.” Global's Sarah MacDonald reports.
